IMPACT Two year Program

IMPACT is a post-graduate program for young leaders where you learn to put your skills to action in a real-world environment. Your time working in the IMPACT Program will cover a large area of what it takes to run a small business. You will learn how to lead a team through operations in a high-volume business, lead at various levels of our organization, have personal mentors, be a mentor, and have access to coaching and networking events. IMPACT is ideal for aspiring leaders who want to make a difference in their community and drive our operations and culture to new heights.

Throughout your two years, you will be taught different aspects of the business like HR, Marketing, reading Financial Statements, and more! You will use these skills to enhance our culture and drive our operations to excellence.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor the next generation in our restaurants, train new leaders, and lead community events to bring our community and restaurants together.

We are looking for individuals who:
  • Have obtained a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience
  • Desire to pursue personal and professional excellence

Internship Programs

Chick-fil-A Burlington’s IMPACT Student Internship Program is designed for students in between their Junior and Senior year in college who want to enhance their leadership and personal development skills they have obtained while gaining valuable work experience in our restaurants.

Your time in IMPACT Internship will offer you either a 4-month experience in the Spring or Fall Semesters, or an 8-week Summer work/learning experience that will enhance your skills in one of three areas: Operations Management, Human Resources, or Marketing. You will learn how to work within a team in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant and how to lead others throughout the day. Additionally, you will have access to one-on-one mentorship and will attend IMPACT Events throughout your time with us. This is a paid internship and your housing will be covered for the time you are here in Burlington, NC.

Impression High School Program

Impression is Chick-fil-A Burlington’s dynamic high school leadership development program. As a student leader, you will learn to lead in a fast paced environment, experience transformative mentorship, forge a strong bond serving our community, develop essential leadership skills, and engage in analysis and improvements of the different systems we have around the restaurants through our IMPACT Teams.
