John Ward – Director of IMPACT+ Leadership Program
Meet John Ward, our dedicated Director of Facilities and of the IMPACT+ Leadership Program, who has been with Chick-fil-A in Burlington, NC since 2019. With a rich background spanning over 30 years in the food service industry, including a decade as the Director of Training and Development at Krispy Kreme, John brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. He is committed to nurturing growth in individuals at all stages of their careers, leveraging his expertise to create impactful training programs and resources.
Notably, John has been a pivotal figure in scriptwriting and production of various training videos, even making appearances as an on-camera participant. His influence even reached the small screen with an appearance on the Food Network’s ‘How It’s Made’. Outside of work, John cherishes family time with his wife and daughter, the latter of whom recently commenced a rewarding role as a cardiac sonographer at Duke Hospital.
